House rules

Time frames and reservations

The houses can be booked for specific periods:

  • Sunday to Thursday (4 days/3 nights)
  • Thursday to Sunday (4 days/3 nights)
  • Sunday to Sunday (7 days/6 nights)
  • Thursday to Thursday (7 days/6 nights)

The reservation covers both the use of the house and fishing rights – there is no separate day ticket.

Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the house. This is indicated on the website during the booking process. Please pay attention to the arrival and departure times to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out.

Reception and security services are available 24 hours a day, so late check-in is not a problem.

General rules

  • Pets are not allowed in the Iglice Cölöpházak area.
  • It is forbidden to make noise in the houses or on the lake shore or to disturb others. Please respect each other!
  • Guests are welcome to visit the wooden houses between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Children may only stay in the area under parental supervision and at the parents' responsibility.
  • All houses are well-maintained and equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom, and a toilet. Please take care of the facilities.
  • Swimming in the lake is strictly PROHIBITED and dangerous!
  • Littering on the lake shore is PROHIBITED!
  • Please sort your trash; collection bins are provided for this purpose.
  • It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to damage plants and trees in the area. Please protect nature!
  • Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the cabins! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Fires may only be lit in the designated fire pits!
  • Everyone may use the electrical equipment in the cabins at their own risk and for its intended purpose only!
  • Please leave the cabin and its surroundings tidy after fishing.

Parking and transportation

  • Houses can only be accessed by car during loading and unloading times.
  • Parking is available in designated parking spaces. We can provide parking spaces for 2 cars per house.
  • Traffic regulations apply in the area.

Control and responsibility

  • Periodic inspections may be carried out in the lake area, and we ask for the cooperation of our guests.
  • Everyone stays at the Iglice Cölöpházak area at their own risk.
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.
  • All guests, including visitors, are required to comply with the house rules.
  • Violation of the fishing rules and house rules may result in immediate expulsion.
  • The service provider accepts no responsibility for accidents or damage occurring in the Iglice Cölöpházak area and excludes any liability for damages.
  • Guests and visitors acknowledge and accept that the entire area of Iglice Cölöpházak is monitored by cameras.
